Trisha Mason Parsad & Associates, also known as TMP Leadership Consulting (TMP), is an organization and leadership development consultancy that partners with organizations of all sizes, from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies, to strengthen leaders, teams, and the conditions that enable them to thrive.
TMP helps leaders and teams navigate complexity, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and translate insight into meaningful action. TMP also provides strategic thought partnership and post-program consulting to help clients extend learning beyond a single event and translate development into everyday leadership practice.
TMP’s approach is intentionally tailored rather than prescriptive. Each engagement begins with understanding the client, the context, and what success needs to look like. Assessments, interviews, organizational data, and other diagnostic tools are incorporated when useful, while facilitated dialogue and collective sensemaking help leaders and teams understand what the information means for them and determine how they want to move forward.
