Certifications
Over the years, Trisha has attained well-renowned psychological assessment certifications, as well as prominent leadership development programs by thought leaders in the industry.
MBTI
Wiley's MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) certification program is designed to equip professionals with the skills to administer and interpret the MBTI assessment, a widely used personality tool. The certification provides an in-depth understanding of personality types based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types, focusing on areas like communication, team dynamics, and leadership development. Certified practitioners can help individuals and teams leverage their personality preferences for personal growth, improved collaboration, and workplace performance.
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
FranklinCovey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People certification is based on Stephen R. Covey’s renowned personal and leadership development framework. The program teaches participants how to apply the seven habits—such as being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, and seeking to understand before being understood—to improve personal effectiveness, leadership, and teamwork. The certification equips individuals to lead workshops or coaching sessions, helping others develop key habits that foster responsibility, productivity, and sustained personal and professional growth.
DiSC
Wiley's DiSC is a personality assessment tool designed to help individuals and teams improve communication, collaboration, and productivity. Based on the DiSC model, it categorizes individuals into four primary behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. By understanding these styles, participants can better adapt their communication and work strategies to enhance workplace relationships and performance.
Situational Leadership II
Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) certification equips leaders with the skills to adapt their leadership style based on the needs of their team members in various situations. The model emphasizes flexibility by teaching leaders to diagnose an employee's development level on a task and then apply the appropriate leadership style—ranging from directing to delegating. This approach enhances communication, development, and performance by aligning leadership behavior with an individual’s specific needs in real-time.
Professional Coach
The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) coaching certification is a globally recognized program that focuses on a holistic, transformative approach to coaching. It emphasizes the "Co-Active" model, which integrates being and doing, helping clients achieve greater balance, fulfillment, and effective action in their personal and professional lives. The certification equips coaches with practical skills, a deep understanding of human potential, and the ability to facilitate meaningful, lasting change.
StandOut by ADP
StandOut by ADT is a strengths-based assessment and development tool that helps individuals identify their key strengths in the workplace. Based on the work of Marcus Buckingham, it provides personalized insights and strategies to help people leverage their strengths to perform at their best, fostering engagement and growth in their roles.
EQI 2.0
The EQ-i 2.0 certification, offered by MHS, trains professionals to administer and interpret the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), one of the most widely used emotional intelligence assessments. The certification provides an in-depth understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) and its impact on personal and professional success. Practitioners gain the skills to help individuals and teams enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making by leveraging insights from the EQ-i 2.0 model.
